Picture a classroom where every lesson is about life itself. Here, young minds learn not just about the world, but how to be in it—discovering themselves, connecting deeply with the world and making a real impact. It's not just learning; it's the practice of living well.

What does the learning journey look like?

Let curiosity lead and questions pave your way, as you set off on a journey of self-discovery, deepening relationships and connecting with the natural world. The curriculum contains 18 unique topics (6 for each care-practice) to help young people immerse, understand, explore perspectives and feel empowered in the world:

  • Envision a classroom transforming into a journey of self-discovery. These lessons support a journey inwards, navigating through thoughts and feelings, with empathy at the helm. More than simply discussions, these topics are an exploration of the self, cultivating resilience and sense of self-knowledge. Here, personal growth is nurtured, laying the foundations for meaningful relationships with others.

  • Travelling the world, students broaden their horizons beyond the local landscape towards a more global understanding. Through a blend of critical thinking and empathy, these topics open minds to the world's rich diversity. Learners grow into thoughtful, compassionate individuals, ready to engage with and appreciate the myriad perspectives and cultures that make up our local and global communities.

  • These topics guide students to explore the natural world, connect deeply with nature and understand their crucial role in protecting the planet. Through active, experiential learning, they’ll understand they're not separate from nature but a part of its intricate web. This journey deepens relationships with the environment, inspiring a sense of belonging and a commitment to act as caretakers of our planet.

The Triple WelllBeing ®curriculum sparks a desire to make a difference, guiding students towards shaping their futures with a sense of purpose, compassion and connection to what truly matters in life.
