Is resilience a way to combat bullying?
Bullying is an issue that happens to many at school, and a complicated issue - but doesn't need to be seen as needing a complicated "solution", according to Brook Gibbs, who sees the solution for (*non-criminal) aggression as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Understand that bullying is a game of psychological dominance
2. Don't get emotionally upset and they won't win
3. Treat them with kindness and they will leave you alone
