Are you doing enough hugging?

Nowadays, we are doing less hugging in our lives, with doctors, teachers and adults becoming ever more hesitant when it comes to physical contact with others. But could being so conscious and obsessive about boundaries actually be harmful to our mental health? Why is hugging and touch so vital for us all?
