How does nature make us happy?

We know that being in nature makes us happy. This has been known and proved for a long, long time, and nature therapy is a regularly used tool for supporting mental health and happiness.

A new study from BBC Earth and the University of California has revealed that even just watching nature documentaries can make you happier! Even just seeing the beauty, awe and wonder of the natural world is proven to make us more content, less tired and stressed and more joyful.
